1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions govern all drafting and modeling services provided by 1000Ants Studio (1000 Ants Company Limited), including Point Cloud to CAD, PDF conversion, Scan to BIM, and Vista360 virtual tours, to clients globally, primarily in Europe.

2. Scope of Services & Quality

We provide technical drafting and modeling services according to the specifications agreed upon (e.g., German DIN standards or client-specific drafting guidelines). Drawings are built manually and undergo strict internal quality control prior to delivery.

3. Client Obligations (File Uploads)

The client must provide correct input data (raw laser scans, PDFs, layouts, hand-sketches). The client guarantees that they hold the lawful intellectual property or usage rights to all uploaded files and that processing these does not infringe any third-party copyrights.

4. Pricing & Payments

Our service prices are established in the official commercial Quotation (based on sheets, hourly rates, or project retainer rates). Payments must be settled via international bank transfer or corporate payment gateways according to invoice terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

We ensure precise and compliant drawing delivery. However, as an outsourcing technical service provider, our deliverables are technical drafts. The client (the registered architect or local civil engineer in charge of the building project) retains the final duty to verify, sign off, and approve the plans according to local building regulations before construction begins.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All intellectual property rights of the finalized CAD drawings and BIM models transfer to the client upon full payment of the project invoice. The raw scanning input files remain the property of the client and will be held in absolute confidentiality.
