A Message from Our Founder: A Child of the 70s on Trust and CAD Execution

Read an honest reflection from our founder on bridging German precision standards with Vietnamese talent, our "This AND That" life philosophy, and why execution always triumphs over fancy talk.

A Message from Our Founder: A Child of the 70s on Trust and CAD Execution

Relationships First, Business Follows.

I am a child of the 1970s. To me, any lasting partnership stands on two non-negotiable pillars: Good Chemistry and Good Business. I want to share who I am openly. Consider this a gut-check. If you read this and feel a spark of alignment, message me—we can have a deep conversation. If not, that is completely fine; we can both save our valuable time.

My Roots: Bridging Two Worlds

I spent five transformative years studying at university in Germany (1989–1994), worked in the United States for two years (1994–1996), and have spent the remaining decades traveling and working between Vietnam, Bali, and Europe. My circle of friends is a vibrant blend of locals and Europeans. I serve as a natural bridge between two cultures—bringing strict German DIN accuracy and European expectations to our talented CAD & BIM engineering teams in Asia.

The "This AND That" Life Philosophy

In Europe, people often maintain strict separation between Work and Life to maximize focus. I respect that, but it has never been my way. Why should I be forced to choose "This OR That" when I can embrace "This AND That"? Since returning to Vietnam, I have built a holistic blend: Family, Career, Passion, Sports, and Health. I integrate all of them. You might ask: "How can you stay productive with everything intertwined?" You are right—for many, it sounds like chaos. But for me, it is the exact engine that fuels my drive and boundless energy every single day.

"Accuracy" Over "Fancy Words"

Let us be transparent: I do not provide overpriced "luxury boutique" design concepts. That is not my superpower. My superpower is Execution. My strength is tackling high-volume, complex drafting projects, delivering on time, strictly on budget, and adhering to rigorous engineering standards. The same applies to my lifestyle: I have never won a gold medal in sports, but I stay active, healthy, and consistent every single day. Consistency and precision are my true north.

Balance in Bali

Balance is why I treasure Bali. True fulfillment is never a solo performance. Happiness is deeply interwoven with everything around you: your family, your team, the trees in your garden, and your pets at home. When the living environment around me is thriving, happiness comes naturally.

Trust Takes Time to Build

I have always been skeptical of "quick money" and transactional relationships. I would much rather spend months solving complex drafting challenges alongside a client to truly understand their operations—and build a ten-year trusted partnership—than sign a quick, easy contract that vanishes tomorrow.

Technology is Great, but People are the Core

Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud servers, and modern CAD software are vital parts of our formula, but they are not #1. My greatest asset is People. Finding talented, honest engineers and placing them in roles where they can excel is where I dedicate my heart and soul.

Why Do I Still Work?

Young executives might read this and ask: "Why do you still work? Why not retire, go fishing, and relax?" Perhaps one day, when you reach my stage in life, you will understand. My generation started with very little—no laptops, no internet, no shortcuts. Because of that, I treasure simple, enduring values. I feel genuinely alive when I am useful—when I create real value for society, for my team, and for our global partners.

I hope I am not the only one who thinks this way in our fast-paced world. If you share these values, my door is always open.
